Terms and Conditions – ThrottleForge Karting Arena 1. Buckle Up: Welcome to ThrottleForge By visiting our site or stepping onto the track, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). ThrottleForge is more than a karting venue — it’s a high-octane experience engineered for thrill-seekers. These Terms ensure every guest enjoys a fast, fair, and safe ride, both online and on the tarmac. If you're not ready to race by the rules, this pit lane isn’t for you. 2. Scope of Services ThrottleForge provides adrenaline-fueled karting sessions, private bookings, championship events, VR lap simulators, and timed leaderboards. Track access, race formats, and kart types may vary by session, skill level, and booking type. All bookings are subject to availability and safety regulations. Some features are exclusive to members or advanced riders. 3. Online Bookings & Check-In Racers can book sessions via our website or on-site. Payment is required to secure your slot. Please arrive 15 minutes before your heat for safety briefings and gear checks. Latecomers may miss their race and will not be refunded. Group events and league entries must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. 4. Age, Height & Health Restrictions To race solo, you must meet the minimum height requirement and be at least 12 years old. Junior karts are available for ages 7–11 under supervision. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that impairs driving ability. By racing, you confirm that you’re fit to participate in high-speed physical activity. 5. Rules on Track ThrottleForge is a zero-tolerance zone for reckless driving, intentional collisions, or ignoring flags. Safety marshals have full authority to disqualify or remove any driver who endangers others or equipment. Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times. Drive smart, drive sharp — or you're off the track. 6. Liability and Risks Karting involves inherent risk. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and acknowledge that minor bumps, bruises, or mechanical faults may occur. ThrottleForge and its staff are not liable for injuries caused by disregard of rules or unauthorized actions. We’re serious about fun — but safety comes first. 7. Gear & Equipment All helmets, suits, and gloves are sanitized and maintained to meet industry standards. Damage caused by negligence, tampering, or mistreatment may result in a fine. Personal gear is permitted if approved by staff before racing. Own the gear — but respect the forge. 8. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds are offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to weather, technical issues, or maintenance, you’ll receive a reschedule or credit. Track conditions change — we keep it fair and flexible. 9. Leaderboards, Tournaments & Fair Play ThrottleForge tracks lap times and rankings via a live leaderboard. Cheating, sensor tampering, or exploiting the system will result in disqualification. Prizes won during tournaments must be claimed within 7 days unless stated otherwise. Race with pride. Win with integrity. 10. Media & Branding We may capture photo or video footage during events. By entering the facility, you consent to the use of your image for promotional and internal use. Want to opt out? Let our staff know at check-in. ThrottleForge logos, designs, and media are protected property. Please don’t use them commercially without permission. 11. Privacy & Data We collect basic data (like name, age, email, and lap times) to enhance your experience. Your information is stored securely, never sold, and used solely for communication, booking management, and community features (e.g., rankings or newsletters). Your privacy, like your fastest lap, matters to us. 12. Updates to These Terms These Terms may evolve — just like our track layout. We’ll notify you of major changes, but you’re responsible for reviewing the latest version before racing. Continued use of the site or track means you accept the current Terms.
