Refund Policy – ThrottleForge Karting Arena We build adrenaline. We forge speed. And we get that sometimes — even in racing — things don’t go exactly as planned. At ThrottleForge, we’re all about fast laps and fair rules. That includes how we handle refunds when something goes off-track. Here’s the deal. When You Can Hit the Brakes (And Get a Refund) We’ll issue a full or partial refund if: Your race was canceled by us due to weather, technical malfunction, or safety issues. You were charged twice or incorrectly during booking. You booked but couldn’t race because of a ThrottleForge error — like an unavailable kart, overbooking, or a mismanaged schedule. You canceled more than 24 hours before your race time. We know your time is valuable. If we mess up, we’ll fix it — and we’ll do it quickly. When Refunds Don’t Apply (And Why) No refunds are offered if: You didn’t show up for your race or arrived too late to safely join. You changed your mind last minute or decided not to race upon arrival. You were removed from the track for breaking rules or unsafe behavior. You booked the wrong time or misunderstood the event format but still raced. Our tracks are tightly scheduled. When you miss your slot, someone else can’t race — and that burns rubber we can’t replace. Cancellations & Rebookings More than 24 hours out? Cancel for free or reschedule — your choice. Under 24 hours? No refunds, but we might offer credit depending on the situation. Private events require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. No-shows on those? No dice. Life happens — just keep us in the loop. How to Request a Refund Send us a message through the website or call the front desk. You’ll need: Your booking number Your name and race time A quick summary of the issue (no essays, just facts) We’ll review your request fast — usually within 1–2 business days — and let you know the result. Refunds Go Where They Came From Paid with card? You’ll get the refund on the same card. Paid in cash? Come pick it up. Used a voucher or promo? We’ll give you credit, not cash. No tricks. No loops. Just a clean refund process. Final Lap ThrottleForge is all about experience. If something broke that experience — especially on our side — we’ll own it and get you back on the grid. When we race, we race fair. When we refund, same thing. Now let’s keep the engines hot and the customer service tighter than a corner at 70 kph.
